We are seeking a LATAM based (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia or Mexico), Total Rewards Senior Manager/Director to support our LATAM region.

This individual will work closely with the HRBPs, other COEs and Key collaborators to advise, drive strategy and influence client groups on issues involving, but not limited to, Compensation & Benefits strategy, Equality, Regional Projects, Argentina volatility, Brazil statutory increases, etc and orchestrate solutions.

**Your Impact**:

- Act as a key COE Compensation partner to local ES and management collaborators by providing insightful analysis, experienced advice and creative solutions on Compensation & Benefits matters
- Develop positive relationships with total reward vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are met. Negotiate renewals with vendors as required.
- Develop relationships with industry peers to stay up to date in Total Rewards trends and advise the Company on recommendations to maintain our practices fresh and innovative
- Partner with the Global Compensation on the regional deployment of global program.
- Support the integration of employees in any mergers or acquisitions in the region in partnership with the VP, International Rewards and the M&A team as applicable.
- Work closely with payroll, legal, People Services and the applicable COEs to ensure alignment and compliance across rewards strategy in the region.
- New location implementation - support in establishing new entity creation within region
- Handle the Bi Monthly Argentinean Inflation Review process and the Annual Brazil statutory increase.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Senior Manager/Director Level: a minimum of 8+ years of related Compensation & Benefits experience
- Proven track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven ability to drive major initiatives through the organization and influence decision makers at all levels.
- Ability to be proactive, to anticipate and provide alternatives and options to the business.
- Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with others as appropriate: ability to proactively identify and manage potential problems
- Ability to diagnose and successfully handle C&B issues.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
- Excellent interpersonal, group, process and influence skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability and desire to operate with a high degree of flexibility.
