We are seeking a highly motivated **bilingual** Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a CSE, you will be the main point of contact for our US customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving their success with Sidetool's products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with customers, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Onboard new customers and ensure a successful implementation.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for upselling
- Resolve customer issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide regular updates and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a must. English and Spanish native or C2 Proficient.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing customer relationships and driving customer success.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.
