El puesto tiene bajo su responsabilidad los procesos de pasantes, y empleados dentro y fuera de convenio. El alcance es para Argentina, Chile y algunas funciones de Brasil. Además, trabaja con proyectos de Relaciones Universitarias, como ferias de empleo, vínculo con asociaciones de estudiantes y relaciones con autoridades universitarias. Administra un presupuesto y gestiona la relación con proveedores.

**Requisitos para sumarte a nuestro equipo**:
Necesitamos que estés graduado o graduada de carreras universitarias vinculadas con RRHH, negocios, ingeniería o similar. Poseer un postgrado en RRHH será valorado.

Tenemos muchos vínculos con el equipo Global de Talent Acquisition, por lo que inglés avanzado es fundamental. Además como tendrás búsquedas en varios paises, incluyendo Brasil, es necesario manejar el Portugues al menos a nível intermedio.

También es necesaria experiência administrando de manera autónoma procesos de recursos humanos, preferentemente con foco en reclutamiento y selección, experiência administrando presupuestos, pagos a proveedores y otras gestiones administrativas del área.

Las competencias destacadas para el puesto son: Capacidad de solución de problemas, comunicación efectiva, energía y foco en resultados, capacidad de navegar estructuras corporativas.

Trabajamos en esquema hibrido. La ofician se encuentra en Vicente Lopez.
