**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Meeting with the IT team to discuss product requirements.
- Analyzing test results and adjusting/refining test processes to increase test effectiveness.
- Reporting defects and working with engineers to ensure their resolution.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the QA processes.
- Working towards departmental and project deadlines.
- Participating in all phases of risk management assessments and software development lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in QA role in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
