**POSITION**:Office Admin (ENGLISH SPEAKER)

**JOB TYPE**:Full-Time Availability

**HOURS**: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 5 PM California time

**COMPENSATION**:$6/hour

**General Responsibilities**:

- Liaison of the company to all vendors
- Handle requests and queries appropriately & expeditiously
- Uploading Documents into Appropriate Folders
- Management/Processing of Invoices
- Issue and coordinate signature of lien releases
- Collect and file insurance certifications
- Vendor onboarding including collecting W-9s
- General Coordination (with other parties in the company): Project Coordinators, Sales, Installers, Marketing Team
- Manage new hire paperwork and orientation process
- Answer office phones and triage calls as necessary (clients, vendors, partners, etc.).
- Become well-versed using BuilderTrend(BT) - our Project Management Software

**Skills Needed for Success**:

- Effective communication skills - PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization skills and very detail-oriented
- Maintain Confidentiality & Discretion
- Must be able to work effectively and independently in a very fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A good level of problem-solving skills and the ability to organize daily workflow priorities
- Thrive in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to write, edit, and proofread construction-related documents or written requests.
- Must be able to deal with time-sensitive/stressful situations.
- High energy and bubbly personality
- Strong team orientation

Pay: $1,413.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Administrative duties: 2 years (required)
- Clerical: 2 years (required)
- Virtual assistant: 2 years (required)
