**What We Expect**
A highly motivated Project Manager with experience working across teams to bring structure and clarity. Proven track record of success in managing complex projects at fast-paced organizations. Youll be instrumental in developing and managing workflows, leading cross-functional collaboration, and driving excellence across our teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and present detailed project plans to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes
- Collaborate across departments to align objectives, manage resources, and maintain consistent communication.
- Visualize and refine processes, ensuring efficiency and clarity across teams while tracking key project metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with a strong background in operational excellence.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to translate dynamic momentum into structured processes.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (Whiteboard, Jira, Atlassian tools, etc.) and experience working in tech-driven environments.
- A natural communicator with a keen eye for detail, capable of delivering concise updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about creating sustainable, scalable processes that drive impact.
