JumpSeat is a hybrid creative agency advisory organization. We work alongside B2B marketing and revenue-generating teams in the US to drive financial growth and success for our clients across various business focus areas including sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, operations, and enablement.

We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to join our Delivery Capability, to work side by side with our Delivery Lead to guarantee a successful delivery of a diverse range of projects.

You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping keep our teams on track, be a gatekeeper of our Project Management tool, and help keep our deliverable quality top notch.

**What to expect about this role**:

- You will manage the agile delivery process for multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring adherence to internal processes and frameworks, and securing quality and on-time project delivery.
- You will collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including marketers, designers, developers, and content creators, to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- You will organize and conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- You will attend weekly client meetings, supporting the team by taking notes and sharing action items.
- You will help remove impediments and foster a collaborative work environment, enabling teams to achieve their goals and meet project deadlines.
- You will track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- You will continuously assess and refine processes, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- You will serve as the primary administrator for our Project Management tool, responsible for both data input and quality control.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks with a track record of successfully supporting cross-functional distributed teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Startup mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
- Experience working with different project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) is required, knowledge of Teamwork is nice to have.
- Advanced written and verbal English skills.
