**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Collecting on unpaid client invoices.
- Uploading client invoices to portals.
- Sending out consolidated invoices.
- Maintaining and updating client PO#s.
- Reconciling bank accounts.
- Allocating revenue and expense to internal GL accounts.
- You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in._

Qualifications:
**What you bring to the Personify Health Team**:
**In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in Accounting/Finance
- NetSuite
- Pulling proper reports for tasks on hand.
- Commonly used: Check Register, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, AR/AP Aging Reports,
- CSV Uploads
- Consistently working with and learning new reports that may assist in creating a more efficient workflow.
- Office 365
- Utilizing Office 365 at best ability but continue to find improvements to improve workflows and productivities.
- Commonly used: Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and Word
