Accounts Receivable Specialist

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST (remote/full-time) – The Language Doctors, Inc., a US-based linguistic company, seeks a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing our accounts receivable processes, supporting business growth, and ensuring accurate financial records. The shift will be Mondays to Fridays from 5:30 am to 5:30 pm EST. Responsibilities: Process and track customer invoices efficiently Manage incoming payments and follow up on overdue invoices using QuickBooks Online Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records Generate and manage monthly and quarterly financial reports Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed Qualifications: Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field Fluency in English (B2/C1) with strong communication skills Fluency in Russian / Ukrainian is preferred Highly detail‑oriented and organized We look forward to meeting you We are an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
