Ecolab is seeking a **Billing Junior Analyst** to join its Global Business Services team, which provides administrative back-office services to Ecolab offices around the world.

**What You Will Do**:

- Posting invoices from US and Canada transactions into Customer’s Portals.
- Customer’s AR analysis.
- Provide support to internal inquiries.
- Comply with company policies, approval matrix, processes and values.
- Responsible to contribute towards achieving the Billing metrics, as defined in the Service Level Agreement.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program.
- English written & oral (Intermediate and up) - mandatory
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
- No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, with a concentration in Business Administration or similar.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Power BI is a plus.
- Process oriented.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
