Billing Analyst

We are looking for a bright, hardworking, curious and passionate Billing Analyst to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain invaluable hands‑on experience with client on‑boarding, billing processes, and resolving client issues, in an award‑winning digital advertising company. The Impact You’ll Make: Contribute to the Global billing process, making sure it is done following the Monthly Closing schedule Collaborate with internal Client Service and Sales teams to assist with billing‑related issues communicated by email or client‑facing ticketing system (Zendesk) Communicate directly with clients to resolve any billing inquiries Verify new client and new campaign details by working with Client Service and Sales teams Assist with the month‑end closing process by providing: Accruals, Prepaids, or Deferred Revenue Details to the accounting team Support ongoing audit requests (quarterly and annual sampling) Complete client's forms and related paperwork Stay up to date with product developments, getting ahead of billing issues What You'll Bring to Us: 2+ years of experience in Billing roles Strong English verbal and written communications skills Previous experience working with international companies Proficiency with accounting software packages Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields Client‑facing experience - an advantage Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize Analytical, meticulous, self‑motivated, quick learner able to work independently and in a team Strong desire to learn and grow with us What We Will Offer You: Unlimited Vacations Monthly Inflation updates Lunch Credit OSDE 410 as medical assurance Gym coverage Internet coverage Learning & Development - Tools and Training Hybrid & flexible working model - nice offices in Parque Chas with endless snacks & beverages High visibility roles with a tremendous amount of growth potential Global team and cross‑company collaboration unlike anywhere else There is no such thing as the perfect resume, or someone that checks every box.
