**About You**

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for problem-solving? We're looking for a talented and motivated IT Technician intern to join our team.

**What you'll do and how you'll have an impact**
- Manage Windows/macOS setup and deployment for all new employees
- Troubleshoot technical problems with LAN, WAN, and other systems and provide solutions
- Write training how-to guides and manuals to document internal procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements to processes and systems

**You are**
- Talented, but humble - passionate about getting better every day;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Resourceful - you have the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties;
- Quick-to-learn - you may be unfamiliar with some of the technologies we use, and that's okay. What matters is that you get up to speed fast;
- Collaborative - you are keen to learn from those around you, but you're not afraid to offer up your own opinion too;
- Proactive - not only do you complete projects as required, but you also go further to explore the possibilities of the given technology in order to enhance or improve the end product;
- Innovative - you like to approach things from a different perspective and are good at problem-solving;
- Motivated and desire to be part of a revolution in software on a team that gets things done
