We are looking for a **Sr Accounts Payable and Procurement **to join our multinational team. The main aim is to be involved in the Accounts Payable team, and develop the procurement area.

This role requires a self-starter with modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This role also has regular interaction with various business units across Directa24, and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. **What you will be doing**:
**Accounts Payable**:

- Responsible for controlling payment to suppliers and managing internal payment requests
- Participation in the process of implementing changes to improve process efficiency
- Support in the accounting closing process, to accomplish and timely month end
- Responsible for monitoring the company's accounts payable as well as supporting their documentation and approval
- Updating of indirect expenses reports
- Oversee payments deadlines
- Be in constant search of opportunities of effectiveness and efficiency in the way we work great opportunity to redefine processes, and tools that allow us to be more agile and increase the time available for analysis

**Procurement**:

- Control the company's purchases
- Seek alternatives for contracted services
- Verify the reasonableness of purchase amounts
- Review current contracts
- Negotiate payment terms
- Provide support in the search for new suppliers.
- Control the settlement of employee's expenses.
- Diagram the processes and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-7 years in a similar position.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Proven experience with accounts payable and procurement
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in Financial Services / Fintech industries is a plus.
- English is mandatory.
- Portuguese is a plus.
