**Summary and Scope**
We are looking for a diligent** Accounts Payable Analyst** to join our accounting department. The Accounts Payable Analyst's responsibilities include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, and maintaining accounts payable documentation. The Account Payable Analyst will have superior organizational and time management skills as they will be expected to work on multiple projects at the same time. The Accounts Payable Analyst must display a service-oriented, positive attitude for clients and colleagues, coupled with an appreciation of business realities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
- Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
- Maintaining documentation for accounts payable and account receivable
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audit.
**Required Skills**:
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting roles
- Knowledge of the accounts payable function and the effects on the general ledger
- Skilled in use of Microsoft software suite - Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

**Position Requirements**:
- 1 + years of Accounting Experience or Accounts Payable experience
- Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
- High Level of English, written and oral.
