**JOB TITLE**: Structured Equity Finance Middle Office Associate - CIB Operations**

**In this role, you will be facing different challenges such as**:
- Out-of-the-box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well
- Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills, and independent thinking.
- Strong partnership with key stakeholders, finding ways to collaborate together.
**And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for**:
- Handling post-execution trade monitoring, including booking and monitoring rules setup.
- Ensuring accurate booking of collateral in the system, aligning with legal agreements.
- Enhancing covenant monitoring capabilities by constructing covenant trackers, interpreting client reporting and tracking compliance
- Consuming client data and uploading it into analytics tools for portfolio transparency reporting.
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, to improve processes and support business growth.
- Escalating issues in a timely manner and taking ownership of them with a client-oriented focus.
**What do we ask for this position?**
- Graduate or bachelor student.
- Advanced English.
- Team player and willingness to collaborate.
- Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
- Relevant experience of at least 5 years in related functions or businesses.
- Basic understanding of legal terms and documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data processing and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with structured equity financing products and trade collateral setup processes, is a plus
