**Global Trainee Program**

**Full time position based at our Contagem** **office**

**About you**

Are you ready to take your career to 1200 °C and beyond? The Refractory Factory Trainee Program is the initial step for top-notch graduates who want to join **Sales Steel **towards a stimulating and exciting journey within RHI Magnesita, offering unique insights to discover and improve your talents and to become the leaders and experts of our future.

In addition, you must have:

- University Degree complete in Engineering, Chemical or Metallurgical, Administration, Economy etc..);
- Professional working/internship experience in area de Metallurgy /Mining/Ceramics etc..
- Experience in the B2B area will be a plus;
- International mindset and mobile (willingness and ability to relocate to Brazil);
- Leadership potential.

And you are:

- Passionate for development & ready to grow with RHIM;
- Native in Spanish;
- Avanced in Portuguese (will be a plus);
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written;
- Mobility to Brazil (Contagem-MG);
- Pragmatic team player with hands-on mentality;
- Open & flexible mindset, embracing change;
- Performance driven and drive to make an impact;
- Accountable, not afraid of taking decisions;
- Focus on customer experience.
