As the Senior Content Manager & Editor, you'll be at the heart of our mission to capture the rapidly growing US sports betting market. You won't just manage content; you'll impact content strategy, guiding writers and collaborating with teams to produce high-quality, well-informed, search-optimized content that keeps our audience engaged.

**How You'll Make an Impact**:

- ** Develop content strategy**: Plan and execute exciting projects based on business priorities and market needs.
- ** Guide and support writers**: Empower our writing team to produce best-in-class content that meets our high standards.
- ** Collaborate closely with SEO experts**: Partner with the SEO team to ensure all content is fully optimized for organic search.
- ** Set the tone on content quality**: Push the standards of the content we produce, Edit and produce content as needed, and keep existing content up-to-date and compliant.
- ** Monitor dedicated KPIs**: Regularly track and analyze key metrics to optimize content strategy and production for performance.

**The Ideal Profile: Is This You?**:
Here’s what helps people succeed in this role:

- ** Experience**: 4+ years of proven experience in creating high-performing, creative content, with a focus on organic search optimization (SEO).
- ** Core Competencies**:

- A good understanding of US sports and betting culture and US bettors’ preferences.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing content quality and standards.
- Demonstrable experience of writing content that performs well in organic search.
- Proactive and passionate about reaching goals.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Knowledge of casino gaming.
