About This Role:

We are hiring a Creative Content Manager to lead content strategy and execution across email, social, and digital platforms. This role blends hands-on content creation with strategic leadership, performance marketing insight, and light team coordination. You'll manage the full content lifecyclefrom planning and creation to performance tracking and optimization. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to own projects from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a content calendar across email, blog, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook

Lead the strategy and execution of email flows, newsletters, and campaign content (e.g., using Klaviyo)

Collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to repurpose video and text into multi-channel content

Coordinate and provide briefs to writers, video editors, and creators to ensure on-brand messaging

Oversee creator communication for email marketing, customer engagement, and performance content

Conduct light performance reporting across campaigns and content to guide future strategy

Support the creation of landing pages and ad content (no coding required)

Maintain internal documentation and optimize workflows for content production

Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and growth goals

Stay up-to-date with trends in content marketing, AI tools, and digital performance

Figma

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Slack

Zoom

Project Management Tools

Meta Ads Manager

Shopify (for landing page editing)

Analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights)

ChatGPT or AI tools for content and workflow automation

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

Strong portfolio of content across email, social, or blog platforms

Experience creating or managing campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms

Skilled in content repurposing and building cross-platform media assets

Experience collaborating with creators, writers, designers, and video editors

Excellent English communication skillswritten and verbal

Detail-oriented and capable of balancing creative vision with operational execution

Proficiency in project management tools and remote team collaboration

Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflow or creativity

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST
