With offices across 6 continents, Ditto has worked with major artists globally including Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, Dave, Sam Smith and many more. Processing music & metadata for artists & labels worldwide. Working within our content & support teams to ensure smooth delivery of content to major music stores. Communicating with clients and resolving issues as quickly as possible. Proficiency in English and Spanish written and spoken. Knowledge of music store guidelines. Strong interest in music & technology. Ability to understand & adapt to new systems and processes. Ability to work closely with other team members while, at the same time, taking responsibility for and initiative over personal workload. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and be highly flexible in order to juggle priorities and meet all deadlines.
