**At AORO, we are passionate about connecting with our audience through innovative and engaging content. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator - Community Manager with extensive experience in real-time content creation to join our team in Buenos Aires.**

As our content creator, you will be the driving force behind our online presence, responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging real-time content. Your role will involve interacting with our community, analyzing social media trends, and ensuring that our brand voice resonates effectively across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and execute high-quality, real-time content tailored to the interests and needs of our audience.
- **Community Management**: Actively manage and respond to community interactions on social media platforms, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Implement and optimize social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Analyze metrics and adjust tactics as needed to meet objectives.
- **Trend Analysis**: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content innovation and community engagement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that content aligns with the overall brand strategy and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a content creator, community manager or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of content creation.
- **Skills**: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
- **Creativity**: Ability to produce innovative and engaging content that captures the attention of diverse audiences.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics to drive strategy and improve engagement.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- **Languages**: Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- **Location**: Reside in Buenos Aires.
