**What you bring to our organization gets us excited (qualifications)**:
- Communication Skills: your mastery of language skills shines in both your written and verbal communication. English is a must and any additional languages in which you are fluent will be put to great use.
- Technical Skills: You know how to create the visual/video assets to support your written content. This includes full working knowledge of social media platforms and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video content curation and distribution tools (e.g. iCIMS Video Studio), and social media tools (e.g. Sprinklr)
- Results driven: You have proven ability to drive measurable results and impact as demonstrated through your experience managing social media content.
- Client focus: You’re a team player and focus on delivering solutions your partners need versus solutions they may want.
- Innovative spirit: You use problem-solving and creativity to provide the best solution to everyone involved in the process.
- Influencing mindset: You value the importance of building trust with your team and partners.
