**_We are hiring a Bilingual Account Specialist from the following countries (México, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay)_**
**_ Get to work a 100% remote for a Global Marketing Agency specialized in Trade Show Display solutions with presence all over the United States, Europe and other parts of the world._**
The **Account Specialist** will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks for successful account execution and will collaborate with members of several Operational teams to ensure that the client’s objectives are well understood and executed.
**Education required**
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Account or Project Management or related fields.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Set up and implement new and on-going projects.**:
- Understand client expectations and objectives, and proactively provide solutions within the scope of the process and technology.
- ** Understand and supervise project delivery timelines and manage the overall profitability of every account while maintaining the quality and timeline of deliverables.**:
- Ensure clear communication, management and closure of the project requirements, budgets and timelines.
- ** Collaboration with management team for the preparation of work order, conciliation of project metrics, revenue calculation, invoicing, timely payments, etc.)**:
- Provide timely status reports, project analysis, and recommendations.
- ** Proactively identify account risks and develop risk mitigation plans.**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned Account teams and Stakeholders.
**Experience**:
- **Fluent in both written and verbal English.**:
- ** 2 or more years of experience in Account Management or Project Management in a Marketing Agency.**:
- Excellent Leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong analytical and quick learning attitude.
- **Ability to multi-task and manage multiple aspects with a flair.**:
- ** Solution provider with a positive approach.**:
- ** Flexibility to change and adapt.**:
- Exposure and experience of Microsoft Suite and other
- Experience in managing teams is a plus.
- **Experience with International client/teams interaction is a plus.
