At ERM Argentina, we are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team in Buenos Aires or Salta. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of our projects. Your expertise in Primavera P6 and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining project timelines and optimizing resource allocation.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software (certifications preferred)
- Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling.
- Familiarity with construction or engineering projects is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential scheduling issues.
- Problem-solving skills to propose solutions and adjustments to keep projects on track.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into detailed schedules.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed, keeping stakeholders informed of any changes.
- Conduct regular schedule analysis to optimize resource utilization and project efficiency.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate schedule status to management and clients.
