We are looking for an outstanding Billing Analyst to join our Billing Department. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and self-driven, passionate about what they do, and excited to learn new things
What you ́ll do:
- The Billing Analyst ensures that clients are billed correctly upon purchase. They verify and record transactions and resolve account discrepancies. They also collect the correct amounts from customers on time by providing the necessary support throughout the processes.
Your key responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing inquiries
- Facilitate payment of due invoices by sending reminders and contacting clients
- Prepare invoices and generate reports detailing account status for the sales team
- Set up recurring invoices
- Product (licenses) delivery with corresponding invoice matching
- Track and register licensing upgrades
About you:
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets (Excel, Gsheets) is a must
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Billing analyst is valuable
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, finished or in progress
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
