**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Senior Avaya Voice Engineer to be part of our Regional IT team. This position will be based in Buenos Aires. (Hybrid model).

**What you’ll be doing**:
Responsible for providing, planning, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and controlling large, complex Voice Technology solutions.

Responsible for making sure all collaborators and providers comply with information security regulations and communicating any risks or incidents.

Participate in long range planning and ensure those plans are consistent with business objectives for resiliency, disaster tolerance, and regulatory compliance.

Work closely with operations, Infrastructure and Security teams among others to ensure new projects are delivered with highest quality and in a timely manner.

Analyze and solve complex technical issues with mínimal supervision.

Provide Tier 2 and 3 support of telephony infrastructure and Call Center Applications.

Comply with the established voice system architecture, methods, regulations, standards, and practices and participate in their creation.

**What you’ll bring**:
Qualifications - External
- +3 year’s experience on similar position.
- Avaya Experienced Programming CM, SM, Session Manager, Experience Portal, CMS, Call Center Elite, Aura Contact Center
- Experience on Call Recording Platforms.
- Skilled on VoIP troubleshooting and softphones configuration.
- Experience with Contact center design and function and Help Desk style operations.
- Understanding of Network Architecture and Operations.
- Advanced English level
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation), organizational and collaboration skills.
- Strong desire for creativity and innovation; strong technical leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to maintain leading edge skills in a rapidly changing environment.
