Job Title: CRM Executive LATAM

Department: CRM

Reporting to: Regional Manager

The Department:
The CRM Department is responsible for optimising every stage of the Betway customer lifecycle.

Customer welfare is forever at the forefront of our strategy at Betway. We want to ensure all of our customers enjoy our products in a safe and responsible gambling environment.

Purpose of the role:
The CRM Executive South America is responsible for executing the CRM Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across the Betway product. The role will be responsible for helping to grow the CRM programme across our South American markets, across all stages of the customer lifecycle. It will also involve collaborating cross functionally with Trading, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Creative and Technology teams as part of an aligned regional strategy. This role revolves around the of use technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.

You will be responsible for:

- Meeting customer requirements across the CRM product
- Measuring, reporting and optimising all CRM activities within the emerging markets market
- Create and manage both the Sports/Casino focussed and lifecycle CRM calendars
- Ensure all promotions and communications are aligned to business value
- Implement personalisation strategies based on a data driven approach
- Troubleshooting of issues working closely with the customer support team
- Liaising with other key stakeholders across the Betway emerging markets team, such as Country Management

You will have (Essential skills):

- Fluent in Spanish and English both written and verbal
- Passion and extensive knowledge of betting
- Previous experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Located in South America, preferably in Colombia
- Strong numerical skills
- Experience creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and improve customer retention for South America countries/region.
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately

It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):

- Previous experience working in the Betting industry
- A passion for Sports and Casino
