- En Experis Argentina estamos en la búsqueda de un/a **Field**Support**Engineer** para sumarse a una importante compañía global líder en tecnología e infraestructura.- Tipo de Contrato: Contratación a través de Experis- Modalidad híbrida
- **Propósito**
- Brindar soporte técnico end-to-end a los clientes, asegurando una resolución rápida y efectiva de problemas de hardware y software. Esto incluye la resolución de incidencias, instalaciones, actualizaciones y escalaciones, manteniendo relaciones sólidas con los clientes y preservando la reputación de la empresa por su excelencia en el servicio.
- **Responsabilidades clave**- Instalar, configurar y desinstalar soluciones de hardware y software.Realizar actualizaciones de microcódigo y planificación de releases.Resolver problemas de clientes: recolección de datos, análisis técnico, documentación y escalación.Brindar soporte presencial y remoto para incidentes críticos.Mantener registros precisos de las solicitudes de servicio y de las acciones proactivas.Realizar monitoreo y análisis de performance.Representar al área de soporte técnico en reuniones técnicas con clientes y equipos internos.Compartir conocimientos y mentorear a ingenieros con menor experiência.Identificar oportunidades para servicios adicionales y colaborar con equipos internos.

** Habilidades y experiência requeridas**- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en soporte técnico de IT.Sólidas habilidades de troubleshooting y resolución de problemas en entornos IT.Experiência con soluciones de hardware y software de Hitachi.Conocimientos de múltiples sistemas operativos y troubleshooting de redes IP.Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en horarios no estándar, incluyendo fines de semana y guardias on-call.Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.Español e inglés fluido (deseable)Conocimientos de Mainframe son un plus.
