**SALES REPRESENTATIVE- VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - REMOTE**

**Responsibilities**:

- **School Outreach**: Conduct targeted outreach to schools, including public, private, and charter schools, to introduce our after-school enrichment programs and generate interest among principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture relationships with school leaders, including principals, vice principals, and program coordinators, through personalized communication, networking events, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and promote the benefits of our programs.
- **Program Promotion**: Present our after-school enrichment programs to school stakeholders, highlighting key features, curriculum components, and the value they provide in enhancing student learning and enrichment opportunities outside of the classroom.
- **Customized Solutions**: Collaborate with school administrators to tailor our programs to meet the unique needs and interests of their students, ensuring alignment with school curriculum standards, scheduling requirements, and budget constraints.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector, including school districts, educational organizations, and community partnerships, to expand our reach and increase program participation.
- **Sales Follow-up**: Follow up with school contacts to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed to facilitate the decision-making process and ultimately secure partnerships and program bookings.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including outreach efforts, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and sales opportunities pursued, using our CRM system to track progress and measure performance.
- **Market Insights**: Stay informed about industry trends, educational initiatives, and emerging opportunities within the education sector to identify new market segments, develop strategic partnerships, and optimize sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or outreach roles, with a focus on engaging with schools or educational institutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our programs and build rapport with school stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on student learning outcomes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $6,513.00 - $10,856.00 per hour
