Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant fluent in Spanish to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our real estate acquisition process. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential sellers, assessing their interest in selling, gathering property information, and scheduling appointments for our team to finalize deals in person.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential sellers from a provided list.
- Engage with sellers to pre-qualify their interest in selling their properties.
- Gather relevant information about the properties, including condition, location, and asking price.
- Schedule appointments for our team to meet with sellers in person for further discussion and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written).
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely.
- Availability to work during Maestro Property Buyers business hours.

**Compensation**:
- $4-$6/hour
- Bonus Commission for Properties Closed
**How to Apply**:
Pay: $3,609.00 - $5,413.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Cold Calling: 1 year (required)
