**Expected outcomes & responsibilities**
- The Analyst is responsible to support the Supply Chain Team by providing **On Time Data Accuracy** related to Purchase Orders in our main ERP and other platforms on a daily and/or bi-weekly basis..
- Work with cross-functional teams (Planning, Merchandising, Production, Fulfillment and Finance) to ensure all processes are timely executed.
- ** Create Purchase Orders, Shipping Marks & Lot Tracking Labels**: including triggering prepayments request process. Lot Numbers must be entered in NS on the same day the PO is created.
- ** Freight Bookings**:perform daily bookings approval and follow up with Forwarder and Factories.
- ** Commercial Documents**:execute commercial documents controls for every cargo shipped from our factories, ensuring all corrections are done on a timely manner.
- ** Support Supply Chain activities **with data entry tasks to ensure 100% of information shown in the ERP is up-to-date daily.
- ** SKU creation **for new styles and brands.
- ** Control Receiving **on each warehouse and ensure discrepancies.
- ** Create ASN’s **to ensure each shipment/PO will have an ASN prior arrival to the destination warehouse.
- ** Collaborate on the monthly Freight, Duties and Taxes calculation process**.
- ** Create and control **transfer orders from storages to fulfillment centers / between fulfillment centers.
- ** Maintain Shapermint/Truekind **SKU’s Database updated by creating & adding new** SKU’s, UPC Codes & UPC Labels.**
- **Create Amazon replenishment On Time **& share/request needed info among the different teams, systems and vendors needed.
- **Organize in Google Drive **documentation related to vendors, pre-payment invoices, FF invoices & Commercial Docs, weekly/monthly reports.

**Experience/ Qualifications**
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must
- Experience handling similar role in Retail or eCommerce companies.
- Experience working with ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
