**MISION**:
Administrar el proceso desde el Ingreso de la orden de compra, hasta la entrega de la mercadería en el cliente, con el fin de satisfacer el nível de servicio requerido, y buscar la excelencia en la ejecución.
**ACCIONES**:
Control de Precios.
Controlar el status de los pedidos ingresados, haciendo seguimiento de los sin asignar y lo que esta pendiente de turno.
Tomar conocimiento de la operación logística de los clientes.
Realizar encuestas de satisfacción logística.
Activar la recepción en el momento de la entrega, trabajando en equipo con el EPV.
Administrar los rechazos de entregas parciales, totales y Devoluciones por Mercadería Averiada.
Revisión de abastecimiento interno del cliente.
Mantener actualizada la información logística del Maestro de Datos de Clientes.
Dar de alta nuevas sucursales y/o clientes.
Análisis de Sell Out.
Reuniones con sus pares logísticos, y las bocas principales que tenga bajo su gestión.
**PRINCIPALES CONOCIMIENTOS, EXPERIENCIAS Y HABILIDADES**
Estudiante avanzado en carreras de ciencias económicas o sociales.
Colaborador, decisivo, pro-activo y dinámico. Pasión por el servicio al cliente.
Manejo de relaciones interpersonales. Buena comunicación y presencia.
Metódico y Minucioso.
Con capacidad de buscar soluciones, y tomar decisiones usando el sentido común y la creatividad.
Dominio avanzado de Office.
Manejo de SAP y BW a nível usuario.
Orientado a Logística y Distribución.
