**Tareas claves y Responsabilidades**
- Cumplimiento de las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y las tareas de mantenimiento planificado asignadas en el plan de trabajo mensual en SAP.
- Realizar reparaciones mecánicas, eléctricas, electrónicas y edilicias no planificadas según necesidades de la Planta.
- Seguimiento e inspección diaria de equipos de servicio con la finalidad de garantizar el correcto suministro a Planta. Validar el correcto funcionamiento de: Caldera, compresores de aire comprimido, sistema de frio, fuerza motriz e iluminación, generador auxiliar de energía, motobombas del sistema contra incendio, bombas de agua, bombas de achique, entre otros.
- Seguimiento, control e inspección de planta de tratamiento de agua y sistema CIP.
- Seguimiento, control e inspección de robot palletizador y armador de cajas.
- Control de inventarios en Pañol de repuestos y herramientas. Solicitud de repuestos necesarios para la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento.
- Registrar el cumplimiento del plan de trabajo en SAP. Cierre de órdenes de trabajo registrando duración y actividad realizada.
- Recibir y acompañar a los proveedores de servicio para la ejecución de tareas en Planta.
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir con los requerimientos que apliquen en su área tales como: requerimientos corporativos, uso de EPP, permisos de trabajos especiales, normas de GMP, entre otros.
**Requisitos mínimos del puesto**:
**Título secundario de Técnicos de Electrónica y/o Mecánica. Contar con un mínimo de 3 años de experiência como Técnico de Mantenimiento en industrias alimenticia, farmacéutica o química.**:
**Conocimientos y experiência en**:
- Electromecánica: reparación de bombas varias, reemplazo de sellos, motores eléctricos, transmisiones, lubricación, electricidad general e instrumentos de medición. Conocimientos en soldadura, corte y manejo de herramientas eléctricas.
- Termodinámica: manejo de calderas, unidades de tratamiento de aire y sistemas de refrigeración comercial e industrial.
- Automatización: conocimiento en actuadores varios, variadores de velocidad, conocimientos básicos en PLC y comunicaciones.
- Mantenimiento General: pintura, albañilería y plomería.
