Our client is actively seeking talented SDRs to join their new team in Argentina.
The Company is a clima-tech startup that builds IoT solutions to prevent climate change by reducing food, product, and energy waste, the major drivers of global warming.

**Location**: Remote (with occasional travel to San Francisco, CA headquarters)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility is to effectively communicate the value proposition of our Company platform to multi-unit customers across various industries including education, food retail, service, and cold storage.
Working in close collaboration with our senior leadership team, you will drive business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Supported by our sales team, you will oversee all facets of the prospecting process, striving to exceed monthly goals, pipeline metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). This role directly reports to the Director of Operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough lead research to qualify prospects prior to outreach.
Engage with ghosted SQLs to reignite interest and momentum.
Consistently meet or surpass assigned daily activity targets.
Gain an in-depth understanding of potential customers' business needs and adeptly communicate how our solution addresses them.
Navigate organizational structures to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
Become proficient in utilizing Company's platform.
Maintain meticulous organization by tracking opportunities within our tech stack, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Aircall.

**Requisitos**:
**Qualifications**:
Hold a bachelor's degree or possess equivalent sales experience.
Demonstrate previous experience in sales, particularly within the technology/SaaS sector (preferred), coupled with a genuine passion for sales and sales support.
Exhibit a strong commitment to combating climate change and leveraging sales expertise to contribute positively to this cause.
Possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Display a high level of resilience in handling challenges.
Be highly coachable, actively seeking and implementing feedback to enhance performance.
Have proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot for sales pipeline management, forecasting, and account tracking.
Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to secure deals and celebrate successes with the team.

Beneficios

**Employment Type**: Contractor.
**Working Hours**: Preferably Pacific Time (PST) from 9:00 to 18:00. In Argentina, from 14:00 to 23:00, with the possibility of switching to a more traditional schedule of 9:00 to 18:00.
**Vacation**: 15 days.
**Holidays**: Follow US holidays.
