**Descripción del Puesto**:
Estamos en búsqueda de un Consultor SAP HTR Senior con experiência avanzada en la implementación y soporte de soluciones de Recursos Humanos con SAP. Este puesto se enfoca principalmente en optimizar los procesos de HRT y contribuir al éxito de nuestra operación global.
**Responsabilidades Clave**:
- Liderar la implementación y optimización de procesos relacionados con SAP HTR.
- Desarrollar especificaciones funcionales y asegurar la correcta aplicación de las soluciones en nuevas áreas de procesos.
- Proporcionar soporte proactivo y solución de problemas, cumpliendo con los acuerdos de nível de servicio (SLA).
- Colaborar con los equipos de negocio para abordar consultas o inquietudes de manera independiente.
- Analizar y optimizar flujos de trabajo complejos para maximizar la eficiencia operativa.
**Requisitos Mínimos**:
- Experiência progresiva de 5 a 7 años en la implementación y soporte del módulo SAP HTR.
- Sólida experiência en entornos S4 HANA y en su implementación.
- Conocimiento experto en procesos de gestión de talento humano, nóminas y administración de personal.
- Capacidad para preparar especificaciones funcionales detalladas y documentación técnica.
- Habilidad demostrada en el soporte al usuario y resolución de errores.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés (Nível C1 o superior).
**Modalidad**:
- Trabajo 100% remoto disponible para cualquier país de Latinoamérica.
- Modelo contractor con remuneración en USD.
