**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB**

The FI Consultant should act as responsible to implement finance solutions including legal requirements, reports, process aligned to the best SAP practices, procedures, and recommendations aiming to our customers adoption of our solutions.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES & TASKS**
- Evaluation of innovative industry
- and business
- trends and development of corresponding consulting Services
- Enforcement of industry-specific service-offerings. Detailed design of industry-specific / corporate customer processes
- Mapping of business process
- Define requirements for individual development or integration needs
- Define corresponding organizational structure
- Implementation of designed processes
- Detailed planning of process implementation
- Define detailed explore for development requirements
- Develop and ensure the quality of process models
- Act as Functional consultant on complex implementations
- Support presales activities

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with colleagues and customer at all executive levels
- Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge on Finance processes such as New General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Asset Accounting, Cash Management and etc. Knowledge on FM and/or finance processes to be considered a must
- 5 years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related area of study
- SAP FI Certification

**WORK EXPERIENCE**

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two years consulting experience in implementations.
- Has experience with minimum of 2 full project cycle implementations.
- Some understanding of industry specific business processes.
- Background on MM and SD, including Argentinean Localization.
- Has performed business cases.
- Has managed difficult client situations.
- Solid understanding of SAP product offering and its interoperability with other components as well as high level understanding of interface technology.
- Experience and know-how of deployment options and their effects on the end-state architecture (identifying appropriate co-existence solution to support the transition and deployment);

**MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE**
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross project communication
- Knowledge in project management methodology and experience in managing projects (nice to have)

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
University degree or equivalent work experience
English: Fluent

Spanish: Fluent
