**Job Description**:
Join AXA Partners as an **HR Director**
If you are passionate about leading change and building a culture of innovation, inclusion, and trust, AXA Partners has an excellent job opportunity for you: we are currently looking for a HR Director South Latam (Argentina/Chile), based in Argentina. In the position will drive our values - Customer First, Courage, ONE AXA, and Integrity - and be a key change agent.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You will be a key partner for the business, providing support and guidance to members of the Management Committee.
- You will lead the HR team to deliver effective action plans aligned with our strategic ambition.
- You will manage internal communication and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- You will lead Corporate Responsibility initiatives and be a key member of the Leadership Team in Argentina/Chile.
- You will oversee external legal labor advice.
- You will identify, manage, deliver, and stay updated with Group policies, procedures, and HR initiatives following changes in legislation, business needs, audits, or employee feedback to build a harmonious work environment.
- You will control and monitor HR-related costs in the organization to ensure accurate forecasting and good management of fixed and variable existing costs.
- You will ensure compliance with international audit processes aligned with internal control policies.

**What you’ll bring**:

- More than 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- A Bachelor degree in areas such as Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English advanced level (mandatory).
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
- Skills in business analysis, leadership, proactivity, and communication.
