En **Monest Capital** llevamos 5 años revolucionando la forma de invertir en inmuebles y ahora mismo estamos en búsqueda de un perfil de **Marketing Automation** para que Inversor PRO, CRA, MRE y futuras líneas de negocio escalen sin fricciones, sin depender de tareas manuales, y con un funnel robusto, trazable y optimizado.

**‍️Tu misión**:
Este rol existe para **garantizar que el funnel completo de Monest (Marketing Ventas Customer)** funciona de forma automática, sin errores y con datos trazables, convirtiendo inversión publicitaria y contenido en **llamadas de alta calidad al menor CAC posible**. **Impacto directo**:

- Más leads más agendas más ventas PRO y CRA.

- Sistema escalable menos errores, más estabilidad.

- Cultura data-first decisiones más inteligentes.

- Ahorro masivo de tiempo para equipos de Funnel, Contenido y Ventas.

**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**:

- **Orquestarás y mantendrás el ecosistema de automatización.**

- Asegurarás que cada lead agendado, no showdispara correctamente al siguiente paso del funnel.Garantizarás la calidad y trazabilidad del dato.

- Optimizarás el % de leads que terminan agendando y asistiendo.

- Revisarás logs, errores, caídas de Webhooks, etc. Así como resolver cuellos de botella Documentando siempre cada paso

- Automatizarás el informe semanal de anuncios ganadores y sistemas que traducen datos en acciones para el equipo de Contenido y Funnel.

- Usarás los datos para recomendar creatividades, hooks, audiencias y acciones prioritarias. Mantener el “sistema de stock de contenido”.

**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?**:

- Dominio de **Make** o plataformas similares.

- Experiência integrando CRMs (ideal**:Pipedrive**) y herramientas de marketing.

- Conocimientos sólidos en **tracking, UTMs y medición**.

- Experiência creando dashboards o conectando datos a BigQuery/lookers.Capacidad de troubleshooting técnico.
