**What You'll Do For Us**
- Managing, planning, executing, and controlling the automation capital investments to ensure they meet company requirements and adhere to the proposed budget and timeline.
- Ensuring safe and optimal functioning of the shop floor network and automated lines.
- Delivering high-level automation technical expertise to the plant and all automation stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development of the training capability plan for the plant.
- Supervising commissioning and validation processes for adherence to building and process design.
- Collaborating cross-departmentally on Automation and Digitization initiatives.
- Leading bidding processes relating to Capex Management.

**What Are the Qualifications Needed**
- A University/Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Electronics or Robotics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of previous experience in automation and instrumentation roles within industrial plants.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical ideas to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to find innovative solutions, implementing new technologies to boost productivity.
- A track record of effective decision making, particularly in the areas of automation, digitization and supplier management.
