**Overall mission**:
Ensure correct and daily execution of key responsibilities within the Customer Care Support Office according to the requirements specified in the role description.
Take directions from the Customer Care Support Office Team Lead and others in the team on specific tasks.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Languages: English and other language(s) as required
- Studies: Business Administration, Economics or related
