** Talent & Culture Business Partner** to join our team at Globant
We are looking for an experienced Talent and Culture Business Partner that will be responsible for developing good relationships with our leaders and Globers within our Portfolios, delivering integrated and inclusive partnership to drive solid proximity, engagement, retention and talent management initiatives.
You will also serve as a Talent Partner, working to optimize the experience of our Globers. This includes culture development, employee communications, performance management, and people development.
By building proximity, fostering engagement, and partnering with business stakeholders, the TCBP’s primary objective is to keep attrition at bay and engage in meaningful, proactive retention efforts wherever possible. The TCBP will be responsible to ensure compliance with Global programs as cascaded by the regional team.

- What will help you succeed:_- Have solid experience in leading technology projects.- Previous experience managing digital transformation projects.- Prior experience managing technology team members.- Experience originating, pitching and winning business for the company from a technical standpoint.- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, make presentations and conduct negotiations with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.- Ability to work in a fast changing dynamic agile environment; strong work ethic with good time management.
