**Talent & Culture Business Partner** to join our team at Globant. Is a face to face work in our office

- You will get the chance to:_
- Stay on top of the business by becoming a partner to different areas aligned with Globant needs and goals with a responsible and proactive attitude.
- Be the point of contact for Globers and provide them with day-to-day support, focusing on continuously improving their experience and engagement.
- Be a trusted advisor and a guide to leaders on different People related matters.
- Ensure Diversity, Equity & Inclusion processes and policies are followed in alignment with our Globant's Code of Ethics and D&I Fundamentals.
- Work closely with the teams to guarantee an excellent work environment.
- Become one of Globant's cultural ambassadors through sharing Globant's spirit and values.

- Preferred Qualifications:_
- Has 1+ year’s experience in HR roles in a large, fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- English is required. Effective communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills.
- Willing to learn and work collaboratively with a multicultural team.
- Demonstrated ability to act with empathy and kindness while pushing for the highest standards.
- Desire to challenge convention and able to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
