**Position Details**:

- Flexible hours, contractor-based position with potential for permanent employment.
- Primarily commission-based with $100 per converted appointment.
- Target of 5 converted appointments per week, with potential yearly earnings of $24,000 - $48,000 USD.
- Opportunities for growth and increased earnings based on performance.

**Compensation**:

- $24,000 - $48,000 USD per year (based on performance).
- Commission pay, performance bonuses, and additional bonus opportunities.

Pay: $22,890,213.77 - $45,780,427.54 per year
