Ardor SEO, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and interests

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system

Following up with clients to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction

Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment scheduling to the sales process

Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly appointment setting targets

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
