**Better requires process discipline and simplification **You’ll use your outstanding data skills to set up new agents in our systems through a process that involves extensive coordination with various global units. You’ll ensure a timely and accurate system set up, submit and implement changes like consumer prices, and agent messaging. We’ll look to you to support the implementation and integration of larger projects which include research, analysis, documentation design, and develop test and problem resolution. You’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with external clients across the region and with various internal functional units based globally, providing the information about our Agents upon request.


Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

- Analytical and proactive profile
- Conflict resolution skills, teamwork and adaptability to changing environment
- Good predisposition with internal and external customers
- English (B2 67%)
- Office package (Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
- Student of Business Administration or related
- Knowledge or skill to work with different systems (AS-400, Service Now, bpm, Jira)
- Experience in managing database, administrative tasks, back office and improving processes and projects will be valued
