**About the Role**:

We are looking for a talented YouTube Content Creator & Strategist to lead the development and management of content for our YouTube channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in video production, understands YouTube trends, and can craft strategies that foster growth and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn about the services provided by GBS Group and LLC Hub to produce relevant and impactful content.
- Edit and publish engaging video content for the company’s YouTube channels, adhering to general guidelines from the management team.
- Respond to comments on videos to maintain an active and engaged community.
- Occasionally record short clips for use in videos and posts, leveraging content provided by GBS Group.
- Coordinate video recording sessions to ensure the output aligns with desired objectives.
- Design compelling thumbnails that capture viewer attention and encourage clicks.
- Monitor YouTube analytics to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience creating content for YouTube, including video production and channel management.
- Advanced skills in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of YouTube metrics and algorithms to optimize content performance.
- Experience creating effective and visually appealing thumbnails.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish is mandatory.
