**Job Overview**
Strategic and commercially driven Business Development professional to lead market expansion efforts for HEOR, RWE and Market Access solutions in Argentina and Chile. This role is critical in driving commercial effectiveness, building internal and external relationships, and supporting evidence-based strategies to grow our presence in the South Latin America (SOLA) region.
**Essential Functions**
- Lead business development efforts to open and expand the market in Argentina, with additional support in Chile.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with SOLA objectives.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, mainly in pharma, medical devices and health institutions in the region.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals.
- Conduct client meetings per week
- Support real-world evidence (RWE) and clinical research initiatives in collaboration with technical teams.
- Support HEOR and Market Access initiatives in collaboration with technical teams
- Leverage national and institutional databases and health economics/HTA insights to inform strategy.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including sales performance and client engagement.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, market access, or commercial roles in the healthcare or life sciences sector.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and driving commercial success.
- Strong understanding of the Argentinian healthcare market; knowledge of Chile is a plus.
- Preferable previous involvement or certified education in clinical research, epidemiology or HEOR projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Location: CABA, Argentina (with occasional travel to Chile and regional meetings)
- Travel Requirement: Quarterly or as needed.
