Mood PR offers turnkey consulting and management services for e-Commerce companies with the goal of top-line revenue growth and profit. **About the role**:
**Responsibilities (but are not limited to)**:

- Oversee and follow up during the underwriting and approvals process
- Investigate and resolve various issues related to merchant processors
- Manage and provide leadership to a small team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth merchant processing operations
- Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with merchant processors

Please note that you’ll be held to high expectations and challenged, but you’ll also be supported in your growth in this role professionally and personally.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the merchant processing and e-com industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
