**Billing Specialist for Dallas Express Agency**

**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the billing process for all shipments, including invoicing customers, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information, including customer and product data
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure all charges are properly recorded and billed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to management
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer billing inquiries and requests
- Monitor payment status and follow up with customers as needed
- Continuously review and improve billing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- English fluent
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or financial management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a high level of data entry proficiency
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Experience with billing software and financial management systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Salary**: Up to $400,000.00 per month
