**OVERSEAS ENTRY-LEVEL IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN**

The Language Doctors is looking for a knowledgeable Overseas Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join our multicultural team. We are a linguistic service company that is deeply dedicated to breaking language barriers and connecting cultures worldwide. As a crucial member of our remote workforce, you will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to our users.

Location: Remote

Work Hours: Initially 9 am - 5.30 pm EST (Training Period - 2 weeks)

After Training: Mondays to Fridays from 12 am to 8.30 am EST

Position Type: Full-Time
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Password Resets: Assist users with password-related issues and account access.
- 365 Administration: Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, including user management and access control.
- Software Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software-related issues for end-users.
- Customer Requests: Handle and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- General User Assistance: Provide general assistance to users, guiding them through technical issues.
- Training Users: Conduct user training sessions for basic technical skills.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Resolve basic technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address complex issues.
- **Qualifications**:_

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is a prerequisite. Preferred: CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus.

Language Skills: Upper Intermediate or Advanced fluency in English is required for effective communication with users.

Sedentary Work: Ability to sit for extended periods while performing job duties.

- Maintain a strong and reliable internet connection (at least 10Mbps up and down).
- Use a Windows PC with Windows 10 or above.
- Ensure a dedicated and stable Ethernet connection.
