**Growth Engineer at Handoff**

We’re looking for a **Growth Engineer** to power our go-to-market motion through automation, AI, and fast-moving technical builds. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, and engineering, you’ll translate GTM ideas into scrappy, code-enabled experiments—working directly with leadership to unlock new ways to generate pipeline and scale reach.

This is a role for a full-stack-capable builder who thinks like a marketer and ships like a hacker. You’ll stitch together APIs, automation tools, and data sources to prototype and launch creative growth loops—helping define how AI and automation can multiply impact without multiplying headcount.

**What you'll do**:

- Build AI-assisted workflows that drive qualified outreach at scale
- Prototype technical tools and automations for our GTM teams
- Integrate external data sources, CRMs, APIs, and no-code tools into working systems
- Collaborate with demand gen to turn strategies into dynamic, tech-enabled campaigns
- Experiment with novel outreach formats (landing pages, bots, SMS, etc.)
- Stay on the edge of AI + automation trends and bring relevant tactics in-house
- Document systems, scale what works, and sunset what doesn’t
- Build and maintain core automations using tools like Clay, Zapier, and Make
- Ship internal tools that streamline workflows, enrich data, or personalize experiences

**About you**:

- 3-6 years of experience in growth engineering, full-stack development, or technical marketing roles
- Comfort working across the stack (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python) or with modern no-code tools
- Experience connecting data sources, APIs, and automations across GTM systems
- A track record of scrappy, high-velocity experimentation in early-stage teams
- Ability to move fast, prioritize learning, and iterate based on signal
- Bonus: experience with LLMs or building AI-powered workflows
- Bonus: background in B2B SaaS with an SMB or local business ICP
